Aadhar Card - Apply while you are in India

Here is another timely message share reg. Aaadhar card from Gale Ranch Notary: Those who are traveling to India this summer or if you already there, try to get Aadhaar card. Loan Signing - San Ramon

Loan signing today - Buyer/Borrower signing. Thanks to Notary2Pro founder Carol's mentoring. She is really good in explaining and giving tips/advise for beginner like me. I took NNA as well to supplement NSA certification. Was little nervous before talking to Carol this morning. She is awesome. Update/Observation after the signing today: Overall went good. 1) Looks like title company/Loan agency did not mail them the document ahead. It was panic mode when it started- the signer had to call the loan office for insurance and closing cost clarification. The signer got surprised while explaining the closing disclosure. Starting was not a good one. This is lessons learned- I should check with signing services to email ahead so it saves notary time. 2) Both signers not happy to sign about 30 documents/30 notary log and thumb impression. 3) For 2 witness, they assumed Notary brings someone. 4) Signers assume notary knows everything in the docum

Loan signing

A notary company from Southern California called for a loan signing service in east bay. It is 120-Page document; reviewed and took 2 sets. One for the borrower and one for signing. Arrived on time - 2 Minutes earlier than appointment. Identification verified; 2nd ID required for patriot act document - verified the Utility bill. Borrower and spouse both signed the documents. I signed all the notary related pages and went to Pleasanton Fedex shipping. Dropped the documents and raised invoice to Southern California notary company. General Notary for Oakland client today

30-May-2017 - Memorial Day A new Notary client called from Oakland today for a notary sign. I suggested him to check local there as it is about 30-mile away for him to travel. Looks like he could not reach any notary today. Then he he decided to come by to San Ramon. He is in a hurry to complete today itself. I can see a client who thanked from heart today as it is critical for him to complete it today :) I can see smile in his face while leaving and happily said he will share my contacts to his relatives/friends. He just made my day :)
